Delete your MockZi account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, or send us a request below with the mobile number you signed up with.

Request deletion

Use this if you can't open the app or no longer have it installed. Fields marked * are required.

Delete it in the app

Open the MockZi app and sign in.
Go to Settings and tap “Delete account” at the bottom.
Choose a reason and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, mobile number and account details
Test attempts, scores, reports and practice history
Subscription and billing records held by MockZi
Links to parents, teachers or students on your account

We keep a short record of the deletion (mobile number, account type, reason and date) so we can answer questions about it later. Deletion can't be undone.

Subscriptions

Plans bought on the web or Android are cancelled when the account is deleted. A subscription bought through the App Store is managed by Apple: cancel it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Apple will keep charging you.
